Our Philosophy
"Shishuadhar – 'For the Child'" is a registered NGO founded in 1985 with a steadfast commitment to safeguarding children's rights to family, education, and development. We achieve this by providing support, enhancing the strength, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of families.
Our Belief
We hold the belief that parents possess the inherent capacity to provide quality care for their children. In times of crisis, when this ability is compromised, we strive to empower and strengthen them, enabling them to once again provide nurturing care for the well-being of their children.

Our Objectives
Where Every Child's Well-being Matters
01
Disadvantaged Children
To implement initiatives and programs aimed at benefiting disadvantaged children from underprivileged families, regardless of their caste, creed, religion, or gender, within the broader public sphere rather than targeting specific individuals.
03
Research and Capacity Building
To engage in Promotional Activities, Research Endeavours, and Capacity Building programs to fulfil the organization's goals effectively.
05
Program Management
To perform all lawful actions deemed necessary and advisable for the management of the organization's affairs and the promotion of its interests, in alignment with the previously mentioned objectives.
02
Fundamental Rights
To actively promote and defend the fundamental rights of children, ensuring their well-being, safety, and access to opportunities for a healthy and fulfilling life.
04
Welfare Programs
To employ strategies that prevent child destitution through community welfare initiatives and family and child welfare programs.
